On the nutrition front, I've awarded our fourth nutrition grant to a program that aids economically-disadvantaged teenage mothers, teaching them principles about nutrition. This is all part of our ongoing nutrition grant program that has already awarded $8,000 in grants to help teach nutrition. It comes out of the non-profit Consumer Wellness Center where I volunteer as the executive director:

As far as the update on the web content pirate goes, the guy has turned out to be quite a trickster. He insisted I call him to resolve the issue, but his phone was disconnected. He emailed me and promised a public apology for pirating NaturalNews content, then went back on his word. He claims he didn't know that stealing other peoples' work was wrong, and he's suckered in quite a few people by playing the victim here, claiming he's the "small guy" attacked by the NaturalNews "Goliath."
Well, I have news for everyone: I'm the small guy! NaturalNews is run by a tiny group of people, and I'm 100% volunteer. I don't get paid a dime by NaturalNews, and I'm up against Big Pharma and the FDA, fighting for our health freedom every day and expecting no compensation in return for it. When I'm working 16 hours a day creating content to fight for our health freedoms, and a con artist comes along and copies it, puts his own name on it, makes money off it, gets exposed for it and then claims HE's the victim, I can only laugh out loud. Has morality in America sunk so low than even a common thief can claim he didn't know he was stealing anything and some people are fooled by his act?
The bottom line is that we have already initiated legal action against this individual, and once that action reaches its conclusion, we'll publish the rest of the story and you'll see all the facts come out. There are things yet to be disclosed about fictitious identities and other topics...
Several unexpected questions have come out of this fiasco, demonstrating that people don't understand what content theft really is. For example, I've been asked why this was considered theft of content, when the guy was simply spreading the word about nutrition and health freedom, right?
As I've mentioned many times, I openly give people full permission to post my articles with proper credit. That means giving the author the credit as the author and linking back to the source. When people do that, it's all fine by me, and I actually support that practice. But when people take someone else's articles word for word and call them their own, replacing the author with their own name, stealing someone's personal bio and saying it's theirs, and then they claim they're the victim when they get caught, that's just classic con artist behavior.
If someone stole your paycheck and put their own name on it, you probably wouldn't be too happy about that, either. What if they stole your credit cards or your social security number and used it to steal some of your cash? How about if they stole a manuscript you worked on for six months, and then they claimed THEY wrote it and sold it to a publisher as their own book? You probably wouldn't be too happy about that, would you? I bet you'd speak up and try to protect your hard-earned dollars, or credit cards, or manuscript, right?
The truth is I've had so many ideas stolen from me for so long, and so many people stealing content and making money off it without giving proper credit, that I decided it was time to start exposing the worst of these people for what they really are: Common thieves who pick your pocket from across the web.
I'm truly astonished that some people do not know the definition of stealing, and it really makes me concerned about the future of America, where theft has become such an intrinsic part of American society that the lawmakers do it, the Federal Reserve does it, the banks do it, the majority of students cheat on exams these days, and now people online don't even recognize cheating or theft when they see it right in front of their eyes!
The "culture of stealing from others" has become so endemic in America today that the content creators are called "attackers" when they stand up against the thieves. We have truly entered the Twilight Zone of subjective morality where basic principles of fairness and justice are neither upheld nor even recognized.
Nevertheless, none of this will derail me from my mission, even if everybody in the world pirates my work and calls it their own. In the end, YOU know who's actually writing the truth about Big Pharma, the FDA, natural cures and personal freedom, and I hope you recognize that a whole lot of people on the 'net are fakers who use false identities and clever content theft technologies to earn money off the backs of those who are actually working hard to help create a brighter future.
